Sasuke's Return

"Hokage-Sama, I have important news!" the Hokage's assistant Raima exclaimed, running into the Hokage's office.

"What is it?" A deep male voice answered. His back was to Raima.

"It's Uchiha Sasuke, he's returned to the village!" Raima hadn't been old enough to understand what happened when Sasuke had left the village, but he knew all about it now. The Hokage turned around, a small smile on his lips.

"So, after ten years, he's finally returned," the Sixth Hokage said, walking past Raima out the door. Raima eagerly followed. The Hokage walked outside, where a few Jounin were leaning against the wall. Haruno Sakura, Hyuuga Neji and Rock Lee among them.

"Hokage-sama," Sakura said, a little surprised. The Hokage gave her a long, meaningful look.

"He's back," he said simply. Sakura's eyes widened.

"Are you serious?" she whispered, looking down. Neji looked at Lee, his eyes also wide.

"Do you want to come with me to greet him?" The Hokage asked her. Sakura looked up and nodded. They made their way to the Gate, where their old friend was leaning against the pole. He had definatley changed. His hair was now longer, and his clothes resembled those of a samurai, but on the back of his shirt, he bore the symbol of the Uchiha Clan. Sasuke looked up as the two walked toward him. Neither of this saod a word. Finally, Sasuke broke the silence.

"Heh. So you finally got your wish, Naruto...?"
